In order to market to your existing clients, you will need to provide a spreadsheet with your favorite architects/customers. An Eco-Grip campaign will be created specifically for your clientele. Once it is sent and leads are produced, you have the option of having us qualify your leads, or we can send them directly to you as they come in.
What does a “qualified lead” actually mean??
- We have obtained the decision makers name and contact information.
- The contact is ready, willing, and able to do business.
What happens next?
Our Lead Qualifier will email you with the lead. You can also expect a phone call letting you know that you have a “hot lead” in your email. The rest is up to you. It is our experience that these type of leads have a limited shelf life. If you can get to them within 24 hours, you will find greater success. After 24 hours, these seem to loose interest. Most of our dealers love this. We do as well because we are helping you move product.
In addition to sending “hot leads”, we will send you our analysis of your customer data base. This will include a list of all the people that opened the email. “But how does this help me?” you might ask. Sometimes, we can see that people are interested by the amount of opens we see. If someone opens an email 10 times, this shows us that they are interested but might need one more little nudge… thus producing more sales.
